Wales Rugby League (WRL) is Wales’ newest National Governing Body for sport in Wales.

Responsible for the successful running of Rugby League in Wales, WRL has recently been granted stand alone status from the Rugby Football League in Wales, and is now self-governing, self-funding and looking to become totally self-sufficient, and less reliant on hand-outs and grants.

In order to do this a program of modernisation is being undertaken, with new strategic plans being put in place to ensure that we build sustainable foundations for the long-term success of Rugby League in Wales.

To compliment our proposals we are looking for strategic partners to support us in our quest to become a sustainable and self-sufficient Governing Body.

Wales Rugby League

We are looking for financial support, but we are also looking for key partners who can provide us with key services in return for the benefits of any publicity and positive PR associated with sports sponsorship.

Main Sponsor

• As our number one sponsor, you will enjoy benefits including prime exposure on out web site, at international matches, match day programmes and at all WRL corporate events.
• You will receive invitations to top Rugby League events throughout the country, as well as getting preferential rates at all WRL events, as well a generous international ticket allocation.

Team Sponsors

• An opportunity to sponsor one of our two senior teams, Professional and Amateur, each of whom play annually in European competitions with the Professional side playing in the world cup every 4 years
• As a team sponsor you will have your logo on the teams’ shirt, and prominent marketing opportunities at all matches, home and away.

• Community sponsors will provide the necessary support to our grassroots development.
• With Rugby League growing at grassroots level in Wales, the opportunity to create a positive impact at a community level throughout Wales

• Wales Rugby League runs several age grade international sides from under 13’s right through to our successful Student team.
• As age grade sponsors you will be assisting the future of International Rugby League in Wales by allowing these representative sides to play in competitions and tournaments they may not be able to afford.
