A vociferous crowd of well over 300 saw Aberavon open their Conference account with a comprehensive win.

The Irish started impressively building an early lead courtesy of Mike Healy and Dean Scully. Swansea hit back in the second quarter to bring it to 34-16 at the break.

It was the same scenario at the start of the second half with Aberavon regaining the initiative and superbly led by five try loose forward and man of the match Richard Hibberd before the Bulls finished with a late flourish.
