West Wales Sharks gained their second win in four days after beating Swansea Valley Miners 20-6.
Neil Hobbs opened the scoring with the only try of the first half which Jonathan Griffiths converted to put the score on 6-0 at the interval.
Griffiths increased their lead a minute after the interval with a penalty before a brace from Tony Richards and one from Mark Cook saw the Sharks home. Griffiths converted all three.
Swansea hit back in the last minute with a consolation try from Wayne McFenton, converting it himself.
