Cardiff Demons are selecting from their strongest squad in over a month. A game-day plan has been drawn up by coach, Anthony Loxton which they hope will secure them their first ever Welsh title.

Bridgend Blue Bulls are aiming to win the trophy for the fourth successive year and have declared that if they do this, it will be their biggest ever achievement. Since 2003 they’ve claimed the Welsh title three times but captain Jon Purnell insists that a win will eclipse everything else.
